Purchased a home in 2022 that was significantly smoke damaged. Jason and his team did an incredible job eliminating virtually all odors in the house. They even went as far as lending us a hydroxyl machine for over a week (at no extra cost) that ran 24/7. Above all, they were extremely friendly, punctual and professional. I can not express how incredibly happy I am with the service from Extreme Cleaning Solutions but I will try.  We had a sewer back up in May. The service the insurance company used dropped the ball and left us with dried sewage and mold in the house for months. They dodged our calls and left us stranded.  Jason and his crew came in and immediately solved our issues. Sewage gone, mold gone, basement immaculate and usable again with additional safeguards in place to ensure this won't happen again.  I was brought to tears with how beautiful everything looks. Extreme Cleaning Solutions came into a partially and poorly done job that was not their own and not only finished it in a short amount of time but also exceeded my expectations of what could be done.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I have been using "You Have it Maid" from Extreme Cleaning Solutions for almost a year now and I cannot say enough to do it justice.

The team is not only very professional but also efficient and polite. They also have wonderful customer support that is easy to contact and schedule with.

Though it seems many of the other reviews written here are for commercial jobs I have been using them to clean my apartment. Every time I come home after they have cleaned my place is absolutely spotless, even in the hard to reach areas. They even move my knickknacks around just to clean underneath them.

The prices for a residential job are also affordable and very competitive.

You Have It Maid is an excellent cleaning service! I one hundred percent recommend! I use them to clean my Airbnb. They have quick response time, super accommodating for all my needs even with last minute bookings, I can always count on them and even with a tight timeline they level of cleanliness is unmatched by any other company in Thunder Bay!
